Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Shipping
Blue Heeler ships all products via UPS Ground unless you choose an alternate shipping method. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery via UPS Ground. UPS Ground rates apply based on weight, volume and shipping destination.  If you choose another shipping method, rates for the chosen method will apply in the same terms.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@blueheelerstore.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Skincare can not be returned if opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size bag or boot in error on the part of Blue Heeler, we will gladly exchange your item with no additional shipping charge.  If you ordered the wrong size boot or bag, will exchange your item with a the quoted UPS Ground rate.
